Introduction
This tour offers you true meaning of adventure. We have time to enjoy the quiet town with beautiful beaches. The next day is a big challenge since we trek through jungle and have a chance to see the panorama of Halong Bay from the mountain summits. After the trek we reach our junk and prepare for great kayaking days ahead. This tour offers flexibility in activity levels while still combining the best of sea kayaking.

Detail Itinerary
    Day 1: Transfer to Hai Phong – Hydrofoil to Cat Ba
    Day 2: Trek jungle – Overnight on junk in Halong Bay
    Day 3: Kayaking Halong Bay – Overnight on junk
    Day 4: Cruise and back to Hanoi

    Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Cat Ba (B)
    6.00 am: Leave Hanoi for Hai Phong. Breakfast in Hai Phong. Take 1-hr hydrofoil to Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival in Cat Ba we check in hotel and spend the rest of the day to explore the town or relax on Cat Co beaches. Overnight at your chosen hotel on Cat Ba Island.

    Day 2: Trek Cat Ba National Park – Overnight on junk in Halong Bay ( B/L/D) 5hour trek
    Breakfast in the hotel before taking a beautiful bus ride along the coast to reach Cat Ba national park. Today we will have a long trek across dense jungle to reach the peaceful village of Viet Hai. Short break at Frog Lake. We will have lunch in a local house in Viet Hai village. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay for a cruise to Ha Long Bay. We will meet our overnight junk in Halong Bay late afternoon. Dinner and overnight on the junk.

    Day 3: Full day Kayaking Halong Bay ( B/L/D)
    After breakfast on the junk we start paddling to Van Chai Floating village and then continue paddling to Dark Cave. Tide permitting, we explore this amazing cave by kayak. The cave is a 200m long, dark tunnel thrusting through a limestone mountain. The tunnel is the only entry to a secluded and beautiful lagoon. Lunch on support boat in front of the cave. After lunch we paddle to Ba Trai Dao Lagoon, along a stunning and fairly rough sea channel, to explore its beautiful beaches. Continue paddling to Lan Ha Bay, which is smaller than Halong Bay but much more interesting with lots of secluded beaches. Cruise back to Halong Bay for dinner and overnight on mother boat
     
    Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi ( Brunch)
    Breakfast on the junk and enjoy the sundeck of the junk while we navigates amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay to get back to Halong City. Lunch on the junk before reach Halong Harbor for a drive back to Hanoi. On the way back to Hanoi we will have a stop in Dong Trieu for refreshment and visit the pottery village. Arrive Hanoi around 4.00pm. Trip completes in Hanoi.
